International Credit Card Verification

For international clients, please advise that we verify all international credit cards used and international credit cards without support for electronic verification may incur an extra 3-5 business day verification delay. To bypass this period and have your package shipped out efficiently, we recommend that you pay with Paypal.

Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Voguewigs.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Voguewigs.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Voguewigs.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.

Order Status

For your convenience, we provide you with your order status at each step during order processing. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order confirming we received it, an email with a shipping estimate, and then a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You will also receive a link in your original email confirmation that you can click on at anytime to view your order status. You can also contact our customer service department.

Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your package’s transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided with in your original email confirmation. You can also contact our customer service department.

Change / Modify An Order

You may request a change to your order if the request is made by the next day at 10:00am PST. If the request is made after this time frame, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Promptly email us with the exact changes to your order with included order number to sales@vextensions.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be requested before 10 AM PST of the following day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 20% will apply. To request an order cancellation, CLICK HERE and select Order Cancellations.

Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect VExtensions absorbs the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee.

Refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.

Return Policy

At Voguewigs.com customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item we will gladly refund you for the item cost. Please note the following rules for returns:
  1. Items must be in their original manufacturer’s condition and packaging. By California Law, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn, tried on or handled.
  2. Items that are returned in poor condition or used condition will incur a 50% fee.
  3. Items must be returned to VExtensions within 15 days of receipt by the customer.
  4. Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment.
  5. Returns are not allowed on costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or price matched items.
  6. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the item cost only.
  7. Any promotional items included originally with the product must also be returned.

Exchange Policy

No restocking fees for items in original manufacturer's condition. Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Exchanges are not allowed on costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or price matched items. Coupon codes, free shipping and promotions do not apply to exchange items.

Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any products back to us.
  1. If you are not happy with the color or texture of your wig, we would be happy to exchange it to another product free of charge.
  2. Do not open or try on the product. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and California health laws, we cannot resell any item that has been tried on or mishandled. The item returned must be in original manufacturer condition with all tags and packaging, otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.
  3. Authorized exchanges must be one exchange item, per one new item.
  4. Once you have received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
  5. All exchanges must be completed within 15 days of original purchase.
  6. Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. We are not responsible lost packages.
  7. All domestic exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground for $7.95 USD
  8. All international exchanges will be shipped via USPS Priority International for $19.95 USD.

Price Match Policy

At VExtensions.com, we pride ourselves on providing not only the best selection of wigs available, but also our competitive prices. Thus, if you find any item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 10 days of your purchase, we will match the price at 115% of the difference.
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website. (We do not match email price quotes or print catalogs)
  • Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within ten (10) days from the original date of purchase at VExtensions.com.
  • Since we only sell new, unopened items, we will not match competitors' clearance sales, special offers, coupon rebates, or prices on used / damaged / open-box items.
  • Price match does not apply to costume wigs or wig care accessories.
  • Price match cannot be combined with other VExtensions.com promotions, discounts, coupons, etc.
  • All sales final on price matched items. No exchanges allowed.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

Any damages claimed after a month of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear.

Our website is available for ordering 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, our diligent staff does observe the following holidays for 2011:
